When you have been busy making a living and forgotten how to enjoy live, go and seek out a cottage at Pulau Ayer, and it will all come back to you. While you stay in anyone of the 45 cottages you will be living in a totally different atmosphere from the busy lifestyle from the city, cause there is no air pollution, no such thing as traffic jam, you will only find peacefulness.
Especially if you stay in the floating cottages that have been uniquely designed and built 3 meters above sea level, and they all have a glorious view of the ocean. There is also a traditional masseuse available to help you lose the muscle tension and soothe away your cares.
Floating cottage
 There are only exclusively 33 floating cottages with 40 rooms altogether. They all divided into 3 categories, which are 14 standard cottages that come with twin beds, 12 Family cottages that come with double bed, and 7 VIP cottages that come with 2 double bedrooms and dining room. All of these floating cottages are uniquely built 3 meters above sea level, with glorious ocean view, in order to maximize our guest's pleasure.
Each of the floating cottages have shower, 29 inch TV set with satellites and remote control, mini bar, safety box, telephone, a facing to the ocean private balcony, 24 hours room service, fully air-conditioned with remote control.

Land cottage
 Set in the tropical island, there are privileged 14 land cottages, all have fully air conditioned bedrooms, a private balcony that supervise to the sea, telephone, a huge 29 inch TV set with remote control and satellites, safety box, shower room, and mini bar.

Taste the delicious Indonesian, Chinese, and Western cuisine carefully cooked by our qualified chef. You can sit next to window and watch the blue sky and a magnificent ocean view.
 Meeting room
meeting room has large capacity, you can use it for company meeting, seminar, conference, etc. The meeting room is equipped with sound system, television, and video.
 Karaoke
There are 2 karaoke buildings on the island side by side. These 2 buildings have 22 private karaoke rooms and they all equipped with a sound quality speakers, luxury atmosphere,
 Drug store
small shop equivalent to a convenience shop. It sell soft drinks, cigarettes, souvenirs, swimming suit, t-shirt, medicines, and everyday needs.
 Ojar stage
The traditional ship shaped look alike stage is one of the main attraction in this island. This multi function stage can be used for a speech or an opening meeting, or even a celebration party.
 Park
place is surrounded with beautiful park. You can walk along the footsteps and enjoy the scenery. There are many kinds of trees in our park including the green grass and white sand.
